Established in 2014, Fronza & Francis is a minority-owned professional services firm based out of Houston, Texas. Our services consist of program management, project management, construction management, project controls and diversity and inclusion management services to both private and public sector companies.
The executives and core team of F&F is comprised of professionals that provide clients with our services on aviation, transportation, construction, higher education/K-12, health and hospitality projects throughout the country. The experience of our team allows clients’ to be informed, more efficient and better prepared for project oversight and eventual success.
We are certified as a Women’ Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Historical Underutilized Business (HUB), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) and certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO) and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
