Established in 2014, Fronza & Francis is a minority-owned professional services firm based out of Houston, Texas. Our services consist of program development, project management, construction management, planning services, project controls/systems, and stakeholder engagement services to both private and public sector companies.
The executives and core team of F&F is comprised of professionals that provide clients with our services on aviation, transportation, construction, higher education/K-12, healthcare, and hospitability projects throughout the country. The experience of our team allows clients to be informed, more efficient and better prepared for project oversight and eventual success. With talented professionals, F&F has the capability to augment staff on any project within the states we are located.
We are certified as a Women’ Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Historical Underutilized Business (HUB), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) and certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE0 with Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO) and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and Fronza & Francis is a multi-state certified firm.
