Connectors include two (2) 12 foot wide travel lanes with 4 foot wide sides and 10 foot wide outside shoulders, plus on and off ramps and the auxiliary lanes between ramps.

The complete construction of a two level 280,000 sf terminal build-out; inclusive of ticket counter, six security lanes, five arrival and departure gates, demolition of existing Badge and Administrative facilities, relocation of HAS offices and Shops to an existing HAS facility, relocation of communications facility, relocation of the existing Southwest Airlines ticket counter and relocation of existing security check point.  Also included the need for an underground tunnel for mechanical piping, electrical and the new baggage system.

The construction of the 265,000 sf New Terminal C at IAH, including floor-to-ceiling windows, passenger lounge areas and 20 new restaurant and retail concessions. 
Working as part of both the Project Management Team and the Construction Manager at Risk Team, Esther Francis, with Fronza & Francis, supervised the staff that provided project management, compliance oversight and construction management for the project. Esther developed and implemented the change management and contract compliance systems utilized by the program and project staff throughout design, construction and closeout phases.

Houston Airport System Project Management Support Services for ITRP Program
IAH Terminal Redevelopment Program (ITRP) includes re-constructing and integrating the existing Terminal C North, Terminal D into a new single common-use international facility – the Mickey Leland International Terminal (MLIT) involving 6 new gates, and renovate 11 existing gates, and Federal Inspection Services (FIS) / International Central Processor (ICP). The Program also includes several enabling projects to serve the newly constructed facilities including modified roadway system and airfield improvements.
