F&F executives and core team members provided Project Management and Inspection services for the Terminal C Interior Renovations at Ticketing, Baggage Claim and ITT Levels, which involved remodeling/renovating an airport terminal in operation 24 hours a day.
This project involved the remodeling and renovating of the ticketing, baggage claim, mezzanine, and ITT levels of the main Terminal C building including demolition and replacement with new construction of existing HVAC systems, voice/ data systems, overhead paging systems, electrical power and lighting systems, domestic plumbing systems, exterior glazing systems, exterior building pavement and driveways, and associated interior work for baggage system modifications. Also included in the scope was the construction of new lobby and baggage claim expansions per HAS design, prepared to meet United Airlines and HAS requirements of the facility.
