Project Description

F&F executives and core team members provided design-build services for the Graphic Services Building Renovation at Texas A&M University, which involved converting the warehouse type facility that housed large printing equipment into offices for the Engineering Department Faculty Members.

This project included selective demolition work, metal stud framing, insulation and drywall, acoustical and gypsum board ceilings, new doors and hardware including a new main entrance, new concrete ADA entrance ramp, all new HVAC system including new air handling unit, electrical and fire alarm systems, new fire sprinkler system, new flooring and sub floor repairs, and new restrooms.

The F&F team also provided design-build services to Texas A&M University for multiple projects at their main campus in College Station, Texas. They completed the design for the remodel of second floor of Butler Hall. The construction included new laboratories and new faculty research offices. This project included selective demolition work, metal stud framing and drywall, new laboratory casework and fume hood equipment, new mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems, new ADA compliant restrooms, new epoxy flooring and VCT, painting and new acoustical ceiling.
