Project Description

F&F executives and core team members provided design-build and Construction Management services to Holt Construction Corporation for the construction of Le Grand Comptoir restaurant in Terminal E (North), at George Bush IAH Airport which involved design and build out for a new facility.

This project included selective demolition work, supply, and install all required steel, miscellaneous metal, millwork, roofing, glass and glazing, drywall for acoustical ceiling, all new HVAC system including new air handling unit, metal stud framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical, and gypsum board ceilings, new doors and hardware, dust wall, electrical and fire alarm systems, new fire sprinkler system, new flooring with sub floor repairs, air duct floor vents, restaurant furniture, general labor and public safety escorts.
