As a Construction Inspector, you will be reporting to the Construction Project Manager. You will be performing construction inspection services during construction of the project. Such services shall consist of on-site inspections of the material, structures, equipment and workmanship used by the Construction Contractor such that each project is constructed in compliance with the Contract Documents and per good construction practices.
As a TxDOT CEI-SWP3 Inspector, you will be responsible for performing inspections required by the project’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3), erosion control measures, and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) inspections.
As an Estimator / Office Engineer you will be initially supporting the estimating team during the preconstruction phase of the project.
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are done accurately, on-time, billed, within budget and within the scope of the contract. You will also ensure work performed follows state, local and federal legal requirements. Adhere and ensure staff and subcontractors follow all safety standards and you will also be responsible for the entire project to include tracking budget and schedule status, developing reports as needed by the Client and Construction Documents, organize and utilize resources to ensure the work is completed per the Construction Documents.
As an Estimator / Field Engineer you will be initially supporting the estimating team during the preconstruction phase of the project.
As a Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for tracking budget and schedule status, developing reports as directed, leading job site tours and/or escorting contractors or clients as needed and attending progress and/or teaming meetings.
